Return Process
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@shopetm.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
- Receive Authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original condition, including all tags and packaging materials.
- Ship It Back: Send the item to the address provided. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the item
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send you a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
